The number of packages for a new\r\n Cyclone Rake order will typically range between 7-10 and could be more based on the number of\r\n accessories you order. Please look for the package labeled \"Open This Box First\". This box contains the\r\n Blower Inlet Collar, Exit Chute, (2) Hitch Forks in a separate box, the Owner's Assembly Manual, Parts\r\n Manual, Safety Googles, and Ear Plugs.

\r\n Shipping Methods\r\n

Due to winter weather conditions and/or COVID-19, FedEx may experience delays. You can read more about this\r\n HERE. In addition to delays, not\r\n all packages may arrive at the same time. If you’re expecting delivery of a new Cyclone Rake, remember to\r\n wait until you receive Box # 1 that says “Open this Box First” before opening the others.

All our tools, parts, and accessories will ship one of the following methods, typically based on the size of\r\n the item(s) being shipped:

We use FedEx Home Delivery so we’re able to ship directly to your home and avoid the challenges of LTL\r\n Freight deliveries. Many of our customers cannot accommodate a tractor trailer on their road or driveway, so\r\n the option for freight shipments is not practical. FedEx Home Deliveries are made every day of the week, so\r\n Cyclone Rakes can be delivered even on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you live in the continental\r\n United States your Cyclone Rake will be\r\n delivered directly to your home, via our outstanding FedEx Home Delivery. You do not need to be home for\r\n this delivery and FedEx will deliver your Cyclone Rake in a traditional FedEx truck – No tractor\r\n trailers in your driveway.

If at any time during your\r\n Cyclone Rake or Nut Rake risk-free trial, you opt to return your unit, we will refund your\r\n purchase*. We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any customer\r\n location in the contiguous United States or contiguous Canada. And if you picked your Cyclone Product up\r\n at the factory, no problem. Just give us a call, to make an appointment, to bring it back to the factory\r\n during normal business hours and we’ll get you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other\r\n hidden costs.

For after-market parts and\r\n accessories purchased on the Cyclone Rake website, we will refund 100% of the purchase price* for all\r\n unused, original boxed items minus an 15% restocking charge and shipping costs.
